Scott Robinson serves on the Executive Team of Newman Properties, Inc, and as President & General Manager of Empire Petroleum Services where he is responsible for the growth and sustainability of our newest business.
Before Scott started Empire Petroleum in 2016, he spent over 30 years in a multiple of management rolls with NOCO Energy Corp, & Tops Markets in the Real Estate, Property Management, Maintenance, Environmental Compliance, & Fuel Asset Fields.
Scott is a Licensed NYS Real Estate Associate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Outside of work, Scott volunteers in his community as an Emergency Manager, Assistant Fire Chief, & Emergency Medical Technician.

Sean Searchfield
Director of Sales
Sean Searchfield is the Director of Sales for Empire Petroleum Services where is responsible for all company sales as well as companywide inventory management. Sean has been with Empire since its inception and has been involved in petroleum sales and distribution for almost 30 years.
Outside of work you will find Sean and his wife Kim enjoying life in Sodus, NY where they have a camp and pontoon boat.

Ramon Cruz
Director of Environmental Compliance/Testing
Ramon started out as a service technician in 1999, he advanced to service manager several years later. In April 2023, Ramon was promoted to Director of Environmental Compliance and is tasked to oversee & expand our testing division. With over 20 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Ramon has significant knowledge of fuel maintenance and environmental compliance. He currently ensures customers meet State and Federal Regulations for compliance & testing across NYS.
Outside of work, Ramon is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and has managed to build a large customer portfolio within the Real Estate market throughout WNY.

Kevin Kasubowski
Service Manager
Kevin started out as a service technician in 2011, he advanced to technician supervisor soon after. In April 2023, Kevin was promoted to Service Manager in which he oversees installation projects and leads a team of industry certified technicians located in Buffalo, Syracuse, and Albany Region. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Kevin has comprehensive knowledge of fueling systems and EMV point of sale solutions. Currently he manages projects and day-to-day service demands. Kevin prides himself on teamwork, customer relations, and staying current with technological advancements.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, downhill skiing, and boating.
